Very rude staff

Food was cold and soggy frys very disappointing

McDonald's I think is loosing quality (if you call McDonald's quality) in the fast food business, they either need to step up, or get left behind.

Mickey D's coffee better than nothing, just!

Just bought a $2 fries cz I had to pee, haha. Surprising the fries did taste very good, right amount of salt and fried properly.

At Belmont McDonald's earlier waiting on breakfast order and heard a girl who I assume was the manager tell a young girl working there she's killing it today and that she's so proud of her thought that was wonderful such positivity and a amazing manager giving her staff the build up they surely deserve ?

0 for the OLD rubbery cold "new chicken pieces" 0 customer service for the girl that handed me the food..... 10 out of 10 for the girl who took the order

Today got a cheeseburger with no cheese... wouldn’t be a big issue except it’s the third time this year. So will be passing straight by Belmont McDonald’s from now on, even though it’s my local maccas...no longer lovin’ it.

Staff are friendly but they could do with some lessons in cleaning. At times the loos go uncleaned for days.

The food is always hot when I come here but only half the time do they get the order 100% correct.

Very slow, order wasn't correct and girl on register didn't know much.

Great staff but lousy internet made using app impossible.

We got meals for their and got home and had no meat on the burgers I rang and told them they said they would replace the order and send out vouchers to replace the meals now it been nearly a month and nothing never again

As far as Maccas goes Belmont could use some improvement. They regularly screw up my order and having to go back is annoying and frustrating.

So twice now Ive purchased a meal that should come with 5 monopoly cards but I get 1 on the burger always check your chips and drinks such terrible customer service

They microwaved my whole meal... bacon was hard as a rock and the eggs like rubber. I'm convinced he even rubbed the bacon on the hot plate to make it seem otherwise

Disappointing today, too long a wait in the drive-thru, other customers would have been asked to park up. Luke warm coffee and chips for me, as I was 3 cars behind the culprit. You guys are slipping!! Haven't had poor service from here for a very long time time??

I like McDonald's at Belmont because the staff is lovely and the place is clean

Every time i go there i always have trouble they never get anything bloody right the first time

Cold chips, cold hash brown and drink half filled. Not one to complain but just a bit ridiculous.

Disappointing. Went for breakfast early and had trouble finding a clean place to sit. The tables, seats and floor were disgraceful. Pretty poor effort really

Went for breakfast at 0800 am and place hadn't been cleaned. Floor and tables and seats were covered in food. Not good enough considering the pandemic.
